Qualix-RPL is C6 chemistry based fluorocarbon concentrated product for technical articles and synthetic based fibers for water, oil and alcohol-repellent effects.
Features:
Ø  It shows extremely good performance at low temperature (LTC performance).
It has good compatibilities with other textile auxiliaries. It displays low sensitivity to residues on the goods. It offers high washing durabilities by using a blocked isocyanate. It belongs to a generation of high LAD (laundry air dry potential). It shows good stabilities against atmospheric conditions and UV-radiation.

Brief Description
QUALIX Water and Oil Repellent is a high-quality fluoropolymer-based liquid formulation specially developed to provide long-lasting water and oil repellency on textile and fabric surfaces. It forms an invisible protective coating that effectively resists water, oil, and stains while maintaining the original look, softness, and breathability of the fabric. This product offers excellent coverage of approximately 10 sq. meters per litre, making it economical for large-scale textile processing. It is suitable for application through spray methods and ensures uniform performance across treated surfaces. Supplied in HDPE drums, the repellent is available in 50 kg and 200 litre pack sizes. The product appears as an off-white or pale-red emulsion, making it easy to identify during application. It is widely used in garment processing units, textile finishing mills, upholstery treatment, home textile manufacturing, and technical fabric applications.
